- Choose a location to leave your clothes (front door, garage, etc.) It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.
- Place your clothes in the Master Cleaners bag we provide for you.
- Leave your bag out by 8:00am on your scheduled days (either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday). The driver will come by between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- If you are not home just let your driver know where to leave your clothes.
That's all there is to it! We come to your home or business twice a week, pick up your bag, clean your clothes, and return them to you professionally cleaned, perfectly hung or folded, and ready to wear. If you have special instructions-no problem! As for billing, we will charge your credit card or bill you if we have an approved Credit Application on file at the end of each month. It's really that simple.

If enough interest is generated for a specific town we will consider extending the route to that location, please email us regarding a specific town if it is not listed.
What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?
We provide red Master Cleaners bags as you need them. If you do not have a Master Cleaners bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Master Cleaners" on the bag in large letters. The driver will pick it up and leave a bag for your next order.
How do I get my red Master Cleaners laundry bag?
Your driver leaves one for you each time he picks up your clothes.
How do I pay for the route service?
We can charge your credit card at the end of each month. You will then be sent a monthly statement that documents the charges or there will be a statement sent for you to pay by the 15th of each month (*if we have an approved Credit Application on file).
Does Master Cleaners charge a delivery fee?
No. It's the same price as if you brought them into one of our locations.
How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up, you will receive a confirmation of your start date. Our driver will also leave you information on your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.
Do I have to tip the Master Cleaners driver?
No. Master Cleaners' Route Service is for your convenience. We do not expect you to tip the driver. That is at your discretion.
Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up takes place?
No. There is no need to be home to use the service. The driver will service the location you designate. However, it would be best to pick a location sheltered from the weather.
How do I tell Master Cleaners about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note on the ticket in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type, and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
